About This Role

This role provides in-store merchandising support to retailers, focusing on building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities, while shaping the future of shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers
• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to ensure maximum sales opportunities
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Perform physical work of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Work independently with a strong bias for action and results
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management
• 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment

• No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support
