Retail Merchandiser

About This Role

This role will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring products are displayed effectively and inventory is tracked to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers
• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management
• 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality

Qualifications

• No prior experience required as training is provided.
