Retail Merchandiser

About This Role

The Retail Merchandiser will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, focusing on building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. This role contributes to shaping shopping experiences by connecting people with products.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
• Work independently while contributing to team building

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support.
