Lead an in-store merchandising team to optimize product placement and inventory for retailers, ensuring maximum sales opportunities. This role involves building displays, resetting shelves, tracking inventory, and providing leadership support.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities
- Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling
- Onboard new hires
Requirements
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience leading and training people
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management
- 18 years or older
- Ability to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and possess successful team building skills
- Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience; experience leading and training people
