Retail Merchandiser

About This Role

This role provides in-store merchandising support to Retailers to ensure product availability and optimal display, helping to meet shoppers’ needs and maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory
• Interact with customers and management
• Perform physical work of moving, bending, and standing
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work independently while also contributing to team success
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently
• Successful team building skills
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality
