About This Role

Join the Nordstrom Rack team to provide exceptional customer service, maintain sales floor readiness, and assist with various store operations, contributing to a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the salesfloor stays "runway ready" by re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
• Assist customers with cashiering by operating a point-of-sale system and handling transactions across different platforms
• Bag items of all sizes, including bulky and heavy items like boxes, ensuring a seamless experience
• Provide a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers, and sorting/returning clothing
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the salesfloor
• Organize stockrooms and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards
• Promote initiatives like the Nordstrom Rewards program
