Barista - Specialty Coffee

About This Role

The Barista prepares and serves beverages and food items to customers, while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires knowledge of coffee and tea preparation, along with assisting with setup, cleanup, and stock.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred
