About This Role

The Barista at The Sono Collection is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred

Nice to Have

• Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality
