About This Role

This role will consistently deliver a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. This team member will be knowledgeable in all areas of the Store’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive customer experience utilizing consultative skills
  • Anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions
  • Become knowledgeable in print, signs & graphics, and shipping business areas
  • Take orders and coordinate store activities
  • Provide accurate pricing and product information
  • Recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services
  • Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment
  • Move boxes and equipment, stock materials, and manage production queue
  • Manage complex projects and retail supply
  • Assist in the training of other store team members

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand during entire shift
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment under substantial pressure
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
