About This Role

Deliver excellent customer service in a retail environment by understanding customer needs, suggesting solutions, and coordinating store activities. This role involves operating equipment, managing inventory, and processing financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive customer experience, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions
  • Be knowledgeable in all areas of the Store’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping
  • Take orders, coordinate activities in the Store, and provide pricing and product information
  • Recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services
  • Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment
  • Move boxes and equipment, stock materials, and manage the production queue and output
  • Manage complex projects and retail supply
  • Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
  • Maintain a safe, clean and orderly retail Store
  • Assist in the training of store team members

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
