Retail Customer Service Associate

About This Role

Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, suggesting solutions, and coordinating store activities, with a focus on printing, signs & graphics, and shipping services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience utilizing consultative skills
• Anticipate customer needs and provide solutions related to printing, signs & graphics, and shipping
• Take orders and provide accurate pricing information
• Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment
• Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping
• Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal and handle cash
• Clean, repair, and stock retail store equipment and supplies
• Complete required financial paperwork and assist with financial reporting
• Stock materials and manage the production queue and output
• Assist in the training of store team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 6+ months of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of specialized experience
