Retail Customer Service Associate

About This Role

Deliver a positive customer experience to all customers by anticipating needs, suggesting alternatives, and providing solutions. Take orders, coordinate store activities, and operate/maintain equipment in a retail environment for printing, signs & graphics, and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills
• Provide expertise in printing, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines
• Recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services
• Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing
• Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment
• Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping
• Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal, including handling cash
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail Store
• Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies
• Assist in the training of store team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
