About This Role

Lead and inspire a restaurant team, driving positive sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding leadership to the team
  • Drive positive sales growth
  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing food-safety and sanitation standards
  • Achieve optimal performance from staff through communication, training, scheduling, coaching, and enforcing policies
  • Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies
  • Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training quality individuals
  • Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports and spirits

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience
  • Steady, stable employment track record
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, friendly demeanor & attitude; Customer/Guest Service Focused
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

  • At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual atmosphere, with a steady, stable employment track record.
