Restaurant Manager

About This Role

Lead and inspire a team as a Full Serve Restaurant Manager for Sonny's BBQ, overseeing high-volume restaurant operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role involves managing daily shifts, financial objectives, and team development, contributing to the growth of a multi-brand hospitality company.

Responsibilities

• Report to Directors and upper store management regularly regarding store performance
• Work with FOH & BOH team members to ensure all shifts run smoothly and guest needs are met
• Ensure proper staffing levels are met daily while following budget guidelines
• Communicate, understand, and practice THE ISERV GROUP’s Mission and Values with all team members
• Prepare monthly financial objectives by analyzing forecasts, trends, and variances
• Hire, train, and develop all hourly team members
• Uphold specs and company standards for all outgoing dishes & drinks
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including consistently changing seasonal items
• Maintain all required licenses, posters, documentation, and safety equipment
• Maintain safe & organized work areas
• Perform bi-weekly inventory and communicate with vendors for food orders

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven FULL-SERVE Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Valid driver's license and ability to complete a successful driver insurability check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and cover manager shifts on busy days/special events
• Ability to submit and pass a background check
• Ability to effectively train, coach, mentor, and share information, changes, and new objectives
• Strong understanding of all full-serve restaurant operations and financial management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven FULL-SERVE Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume restaurant
