About This Role

As a Restaurant Manager at Cracker Barrel, you will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and coaching your team. This role requires managing inventory and setting an example of country hospitality.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends
