The Restaurant General Manager at Zaxby's provides leadership to foster a positive team culture, manages daily restaurant operations including staffing and guest experience, and oversees sales growth and cost management. This role ensures brand standards are upheld and company objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture and maintain high team morale
• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, focusing on staffing, team member development, sales growth, and cost management
• Ensure brand standards and guest experience are consistently upheld
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers
• Ensure team members receive proper training, coaching, and development, holding them accountable for performance
• Create effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs
• Manage profitability by driving sales, controlling costs, developing team members, and upholding operational standards
• Strive to increase sales through community relationships and outstanding product and service
• Control costs and losses, ensuring compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
• Open availability, able to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
• Possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred
• 3-5 years management experience, with restaurant management experience preferred
