About This Role

Lead an upscale casual restaurant on a premier golf course, overseeing all daily operations, staff, and guest satisfaction. This role also involves managing a banquet facility and indoor golf simulator, adapting to seasonal demands, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead an upscale casual restaurant on a premier golf course
• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate operations between restaurant, banquet events, and golf simulator usage
• Adapt to seasonal fluctuations and maintain operational efficiency throughout the year
• Foster a performance-driven, guest-focused culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant setting
• Strong kitchen experience and ability to oversee BOH operations
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, guest satisfaction, and service standards
• Ability to coordinate seamlessly between restaurant service, banquet events, and golf simulator usage
• Ability to adapt to seasonal fluctuations and ensure operational efficiency throughout the year

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant setting
