About This Role

Lead and manage all aspects of Plucked Chicken & Beer, a new QSR Fast Casual Restaurant, ensuring overall P&L success, high-quality food execution, and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all areas of the restaurant including the overall P&L success
  • Initial and continual training of staff members to Plucked Standards
  • Opening and closing restaurant shifts throughout the year including holidays as necessary
  • Managing team members for scheduled shifts including documenting employee issues, disciplining employees, shift highlights, cash balancing, identifying problems
  • Creating timely and accurate sales and labor forecasts for the restaurant
  • Implementing and maintaining proper food/beverage handling processes in relationship to the health and safety of employees and customers
  • Follow all systems and checklists in place to ensure proper food safety and quality
  • Developing self and team members to Plucked standards of service, food quality, and sanitation
