About This Role

This role involves performing kitchen cleaning, dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and storage and rotation of food and supplies. It also includes janitorial duties in dining service areas, ensuring all activities comply with sanitary procedures and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform dish washing and pot washing duties
  • Conduct general and equipment cleaning
  • Manage storage and rotation of food and supplies
  • Perform janitorial duties in dining room and kitchen areas
  • Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining hospitality or casual dining restaurant
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, climb or work in confined spaces
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
