Bartender

About This Role

Craft specialty cocktails and assist guests with food and beverage selections while maintaining the bar area according to Sauced BBQ & Spirits standards.

Responsibilities

• Craft Sauced specialty cocktails according to standards and recipes
• Assist guests in making food and beverage selections
• Take and ring in orders
• Set up and stock product for each shift
• Maintain storage areas
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all bar equipment, utensils, and tools

Requirements

• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Continuous use of hands and arms
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting

Qualifications

• One year bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
