Bartender

About This Role

Join our dynamic team as an enthusiastic and personable Bartender with a strong interest in mixology, craft beer, and wine. You'll be responsible for creating classic and innovative cocktails, pouring and explaining craft beers, and confidently recommending wines to guests. This role is perfect for someone who loves the art and science behind great drinks and enjoys sharing that passion with guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for billing purposes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
• Take orders for drinks and occasionally assist with serving food during busy periods or special events
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to safety policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during peak hours

Requirements

• Passion for hospitality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in food and beverage service
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Toast POS systems
• Solid understanding of food safety standards
• Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering software
• Basic math skills for cash handling

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience is preferred, but open to training motivated individuals.

• Interest or background in mixology, craft beer, and wine
• Experience with fresh ingredients, house syrups, or seasonal menus
• Curiosity about spirits, brewing styles, and wine regions
• Prior bartending experience
