Dishwasher

About This Role

This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, performing dishwashing, pot washing, and general cleaning duties, as well as handling food storage and rotation according to health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities including dish and pot washing
• Conduct general and equipment cleaning
• Manage storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Execute janitorial duties in dining services areas such as Dining Room, Bistro, and other associated areas
• Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• Organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
