Guide service staff to ensure adherence to service standards and meet customer expectations at a high-volume, upscale fine-dining steakhouse. Develop team members and foster a passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume upscale or upscale restaurant
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
• Organizational leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong people skills
• Great organizational skills

Qualifications
