About This Role

This role is for an experienced Construction Estimator to support a growing restoration business, handling everything from property damage assessment and accurate estimating to negotiating insurance claims and managing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and scope property damage resulting from water, fire, mold, and other losses
• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects
• Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
• Negotiate insurance claim settlements
• Promote the company brand through professional communication and service excellence
• Ensure projects comply with company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices
• Lead teams and collaborate across departments
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, restoration, or insurance-related construction work
• Strong knowledge of restoration estimating practices and claim negotiation processes
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
