Lead all facets of a high-volume, upscale restaurant, focusing on operations, finances, people, and culture. Engage with the local community to source high-quality products and promote staff development while creating memorable experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead with passion for restaurant, F&B, and hospitality, participating in volunteer and charity initiatives
- Foster staff development and create a positive atmosphere to motivate the team and meet P&L goals
- Engage with local vendors, businesses, and farms to source quality products
- Educate junior team members and advocate for their growth and development
- Participate in and support community volunteer efforts and charitable initiatives
- Oversee all facets of the restaurant, including operations, finances, people, culture, and events
- Resolve challenges by maintaining effective communication with team members and the community
- Strive to create memorable experiences for people through food
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience successfully running a high-volume and upscale food focused restaurant
- Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences
- Compassion for people and embrace Indigo Road core values
- Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience managing high-volume restaurants (200 - 300 covers) in an upscale food focused environment
