As Executive Chef, you will lead kitchen operations, focusing on staff development, positive guest experiences, and achieving P&L goals. This role involves overseeing all kitchen aspects, from problem resolution to quality control and financial management.
Responsibilities
- Work the line and encourage staff development
- Promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including problem resolution and effective communication
- Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft memorable dishes
- Nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- Work hands-on with the team
- Collaborate with the GM and Home Office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Play a pivotal role in managing labor, budgets, forecasts, and ensure financial expectations are met
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
- Dedication to serve others, internally and guests
- Hands-on passion for cooking
- Strong sense of finances, labor, quality control
