About This Role

As Executive Chef, you will lead kitchen operations, focusing on staff development, positive guest experiences, and achieving P&L goals. This role involves overseeing all kitchen aspects, from problem resolution to quality control and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Work the line and encourage staff development
• Promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals
• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including problem resolution and effective communication
• Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft memorable dishes
• Nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
• Work hands-on with the team
• Collaborate with the GM and Home Office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
• Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
• Play a pivotal role in managing labor, budgets, forecasts, and ensure financial expectations are met

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
• Dedication to serve others, internally and guests
• Hands-on passion for cooking
• Strong sense of finances, labor, quality control
