This role involves planning and delivering high-impact B2B events to build awareness and generate qualified demand across Northern Europe. You will collaborate with sales, public relations, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, focusing on increasing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end field marketing projects and events, managing timelines, budgets, vendor sourcing, negotiation, contracts, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis
- Manage partners and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Collaborate with Design, Sales, Revenue, and PR/Comms teams to maximize visibility and lead generation
- Oversee event assets and communications including collaterals, emails, sales kits, and presentations
- Track leads, measure ROI, and report on performance and business impact
Requirements
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in MarTech/SaaS environments
- 2+ years in sales management or team leadership, with proven success in leading sales teams
- Experience managing international teams
- Proficiency in English
- Strong track record in SMB or Mid-Market sales cycles
- Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills
- Skilled in CRM use, pipeline management, and forecasting
Qualifications

Nice to Have
