This role manages product planning, feedback integration, and cross-functional alignment. It drives collaboration between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure efficient product delivery and business success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the quarterly product planning process in coordination with Product Management and Engineering
- Centralize and operationalize customer and internal feedback collection processes
- Track and operationalize launch milestones for major product releases
- Develop and maintain product management playbooks and process documentation
- Support operational reporting by tracking planning health and launch statuses
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations or related roles
- Strong understanding of product development processes
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Proficient with product management and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations or related roles
