About This Role

This Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and maintaining resident and family satisfaction within a senior living community. The role involves operating within the state's Nurse Practice Act and directing nursing care during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care
• Achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act
• Responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift
• Perform staff assignments
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel
• Work with physicians and other medical professionals

Requirements

• Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
