About This Role

Administer skilled nursing care to patients at home while working under the direction of a physician. This role focuses on establishing effective working relationships with patients, families, staff, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care to patients at home in accordance with physician's orders
• Establish effective, timely working relations with patients, families, staff and physicians
• Apply the nursing process to develop an individualized patient plan of care
• Establish peripheral intravenous lines and administer intravenous therapies

Requirements

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 1 year of experience as a circulator
• Current BLS card
• Basic computer knowledge and abilities
• Ability to apply the nursing process
• Demonstrable skills in the establishment of peripheral intravenous lines
• Demonstrable skills in the administration of intravenous therapies

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a circulator
