Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations
- Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of residence
- Current/active CPR Certification
- Customer service orientation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
