Responsibilities

• Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of residence
• Current/active CPR Certification
• Customer service orientation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
