This role is for independent Registered Nurses to manage their own schedules by bidding on per diem shifts at various healthcare facilities, allowing for flexibility and control over work-life balance and income.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prepare patients for treatments
• Administer medications
• Maintain and document medical records
• Counsel patients and their families on how to manage medical issues

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid registered nurse license in the state of Arkansas
