Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a primary care setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate responses to health problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings
• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate human responses to actual or potential health problems utilizing appropriate practices, standards, protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• Current Connecticut RN License

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Medical/Surgical Office setting
• Experience with medical software
