About This Role

Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to patients and their families. This role involves evaluating patients, creating care plans, and ensuring quality care through effective communication with all involved parties.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans
  • Communicate with patients, families, and the care team
  • Serve as the driver of the care team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

  • Current state license as a registered nurse
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting, hospice experience preferred
