About This Role

As a Registered Nurse at Richmond Villages, you will provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will drive and run the unit, offer clinical guidance, and maintain high clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the well-being of residents, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and conformity to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
• Driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home
• Accountable for making sure policies and standards meet high clinical standard
• Offer clinical guidance to the whole care team
• Help with all CQC tasks

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
• Commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding professional development
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment
• Naturally caring with a hands-on approach
• Effective communicator able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families
• Passion to coach, guide, and support the team
• Respectful and compassionate team player
