Provide primary nursing care utilizing the nursing process to complex medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring on a busy adult medical telemetry unit (7B1) at a Magnet recognized hospital. Ensure world-class care for patients and their families through a team approach.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide primary care to complex medicine patients
- Provide care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring
- Work collaboratively within a team approach to ensure world-class patient care
Requirements
- Current Michigan RN license
- Successfully passed the NCLEX and licensed as an RN in the State of Michigan prior to hire date
Nice to Have
- BSN Preferred
- One (1) or more years of Medical/Surgical/Telemetry experience preferred
- Desire to work with the adult medical patient population
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication, delegation skills, and problem-solving skills
