About This Role

This remote Registered Nurse position is responsible for professionally answering LumiLink calls for health-related concerns, triaging needs, and making clinical decisions for contracted providers.

Responsibilities

• Professionally answer LumiLink calls for health-related concerns for all contracted providers
• Triage patient needs
• Perform clinical decision making
• Monitor remote patient support system when applicable
• Advise customers or their support teams on actions to take for vital sign or compliance alerts
• Address symptom-based problems, injuries, or general health questions utilizing clinical software and guideline information

Requirements

• Current RN Compact License
• Must reside in Ohio, Delaware, Virginia, Louisiana, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, or Texas
• Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting

Nice to Have

• IDD group home experience
• Call Center experience
