Registered Nurse

About This Role

Provide professional nursing care to patients in an outpatient or ambulatory setting, ensuring optimal patient satisfaction and coordinating care across the continuum.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal patient satisfaction
• Deliver skilled practical nursing care including medication administration and procedures
• Provide patient and family education, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure materials are current
• Intervene to prevent, minimize, or correct actual or potential patient risks
• Act as a resource for patient and family members, listening effectively and giving/receiving feedback
• Maintain accurate and up to date patient records ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Nursing program
• Commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change within a healthcare setting
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent computer skills including EMR, word processing, and Excel
• Participation in clinical meetings and quality service improvement initiatives
• Knowledge and competence that reflects current nursing practice
• Successful completion of additional orientation programs related to specialty
• Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nursing program

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• 1 year Experience as a registered nurse and/or experience congruent with role in service line
