Responsibilities

• Manage operations of your assigned unit
• Assist with supervising activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
• Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
• Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained
• Ensure adequate staffing for resident's needs

Requirements

• Unencumbered Registered Nurse (R.N.) license in Iowa or compact state

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
