This Registered Nurse (RN) role is for a dedicated healthcare professional in a specialty clinic. The RN will provide quality patient care, collaborate with medical teams, and ensure patient understanding in a beautiful mountain community.
Responsibilities
- Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives
- Collect and document patient information upon arrival
- Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments
- Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements
- Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens
- Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed
- Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families
- Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care
- Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
- Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state
- BLS Certification
- Strong clinical assessment and technical nursing skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Proficiency in educating and communicating with patients and families
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
