Registered Nurse

About This Role

This Registered Nurse (RN) role is for a dedicated healthcare professional in a specialty clinic. The RN will provide quality patient care, collaborate with medical teams, and ensure patient understanding in a beautiful mountain community.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives
• Collect and document patient information upon arrival
• Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments
• Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements
• Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens
• Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed
• Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families
• Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care
• Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
• Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state
• BLS Certification
• Strong clinical assessment and technical nursing skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Proficiency in educating and communicating with patients and families
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
