Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans
• Address patient concerns to provide exceptional care
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care
• Provide direct patient care when needed
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries

Requirements

• Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; one year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Nice to Have

• CRRN certification
• ACLS certification
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting
