This Registered Nurse (RN) position focuses on providing high-quality comprehensive care to long-term care residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining accurate medical records. The role emphasizes compassionate patient support and adherence to regulatory protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for long term care residents
- Administer medications/interventions as prescribed
- Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and keep team informed of changes in patient status
- Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
- Observe patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician
- Assist in the provision of emergency care
Requirements
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by Montana
- BLS certification from the AHA
