Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, managing treatment plans and educating patients on kidney health as part of a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred
• No dialysis experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification
