About This Role

As a Registered Nurse on the outpatient dialysis team, you will deliver life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. This role involves direct patient care, treatment plan management, and patient education within a fast-paced environment. Paid training is provided, and no prior dialysis experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred
• No dialysis experience required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification
