About This Role

This Registered Nurse role provides direct life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. The nurse will manage treatment plans, respond to health changes, and educate patients and families on kidney health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification
• BSN
