About This Role

Join DaVita Kidney Care as a Registered Nurse to provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. This role, while fast-paced and hands-on, provides an opportunity to build long-term patient relationships and apply broad nursing skills with medically complex patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred
• No dialysis experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification
