About This Role

Provide critical dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions in a fast-paced hospital setting, collaborating with medical teams and ensuring quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
• Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff
• Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes
• Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• ADN
• Dialysis experience having provided hemodialysis

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Dialysis experience having provided hemodialysis required

Nice to Have

• BSN
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience
• CNN/CDN certification
