As a DaVita RN, you will provide compassionate and professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing. You will collaborate with a professional clinical team and use critical thinking skills to support patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
- Work as part of a supportive care team
Requirements
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
- 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
Nice to Have
- CNN certification a plus
