Provide life-saving direct patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and educate them on kidney health and treatment options.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
- Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
- Float to nearby clinics as needed
Requirements
- RN license in the state of practice
- ADN
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- No dialysis experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
- CNN/CDN certification
