Registered Nurse

About This Role

Provide direct patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis center, building long-term relationships and leveraging a broad range of nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting
• Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up
• Commit to improving patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing
• No Dialysis experience is required

• Critical Care Unit (CCU) experience
• Emergency Room (ER) experience
• Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN)
• Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
